Cancellation policy

This page summarises HeliShift's cancellation policy for helicopter transfers (T&C art. 8.1). The full terms remain those of the contract you accept at checkout.

Refund bands

  • More than 72 hours before departure

    100% refund. HeliShift retains 0% of the booking total as a service fee.

  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure

    50% refund. HeliShift retains 50% of the booking total.

  • Less than 24 hours before departure

    0% refund. A no-show at the meeting point falls under the same band. HeliShift-initiated cancellations (technical issue or weather) are always refunded in full.

  • Weather cancellation (HeliShift-initiated)

    Full refund OR no-fee reschedule at your choice, whatever the lead time.

How to cancel

Cancel from your HeliShift account, or notify us in writing at contact@helishift.com (T&C art. 8.1). The date and time your request is received determine the refund band applied.
